FAQ
How often does data refresh?
Generally, the dashboard updates once a day. However, Teads and Outbrain numbers appear whenever those specific partners sync up. To ensure accuracy, we also do a full refresh of the current month every Sunday, and we finalize the previous month's data on the 1st of the following month.
Why do yesterday's numbers change?
This usually happens because of "reconciliation." Our partners sometimes adjust their data slightly to filter out invalid traffic or spam bots, which ensures you're only seeing legitimate, billable impressions.
Why does Storyteller appear under Video?
Storyteller is primarily a video format, though it can also use static images. We placed it under Video because it functions as a high-engagement video experience, making it easier for you to compare it against similar high-impact formats.
Why does my ads.txt show warnings?
It usually means a line is missing or a Publisher ID is incorrect. The new ads.txt manager in this dashboard will highlight exactly which line is causing the issue so you can fix it in seconds.
When should I open a support case?
Use the support system for specific technical or billing actions: payment claims, ads.txt configuration errors, reporting discrepancies over 5%, or advertiser blocks that haven't applied after two hours. For questions about product strategy, reach out to your Account Manager directly.
How do I download a report?
Just click the "Export" button under the preview table. You can choose to download the raw data as a CSV (Excel) file or export it to Google Drive/Sheets.
How are earnings calculated?
We aggregate all the data from our partners to determine the net revenue. Then, we deduct the OCM fee from that total to calculate your final earnings.
Do numbers include VAT?
No, these figures are exclusive of VAT. If VAT applies to you, it will be added when your actual invoice or payment is processed.
What are "Universal Products"?
This is our new way of simplifying your inventory. We have combined multiple distinct services into single "Universal Products" to make management and reporting much easier for you.
Why has my "Instream Video" traffic moved to "Outstream" (or Accompanying Content)?
We still support Instream Video, but we have updated our classification to strictly align with Google's latest policies.
- Only video ads that are true pre-roll, mid-roll, or post-roll within video content are now classified as Instream.
- If your video placements do not meet these strict criteria (e.g., they are effectively "Accompanying Content"), they have been reclassified as Outstream Video to ensure you remain compliant with Google's monetization policies.
